Sinder Coleman Miller, BSHA, LTC is a senior care strategist, healthcare advocate, author, speaker, and community leader dedicated to empowering caregivers, seniors, and families through education, compassion, and innovation. With a background in healthcare administration and long-term care, Sinder has devoted her life’s work to improving the quality of life for aging adults and supporting the often-overlooked emotional and physical journey of caregiving.
As the founder of Care Therapy, Incorporated and creator of the Savvy Caregivers platform, Sinder has built programs, workshops, community initiatives, and outreach events focused on caregiver support, senior wellness, Medicare education, mental health awareness, technology training for seniors, and intergenerational community engagement. Her mission is rooted in advocacy, education, and creating meaningful solutions that help families navigate aging with dignity and support.
Sinder is also the author of The Caregiver’s Daily Strength and The Invisible Weight, powerful works inspired by lived experiences in caregiving, emotional resilience, faith, and healing. Through her books, speaking engagements, workshops, and media platforms, she encourages caregivers and seniors to feel seen, heard, supported, and valued.
Known for her authentic voice, visionary leadership, and heart for service, Sinder continues to bridge healthcare, community outreach, faith, and education to create impactful experiences that uplift individuals and strengthen communities throughout the Gulf South and beyond.
